"With time. and patience the mulberry leaf becomes a silk gown." Chinese Proverb
The gardener in me knows that it takes time and patience for plants to grow and blossom and bear fruit. The minister in me knows that it takes time and patience to build a church, to transform a life and mostly to change the way we think and feel. Could we be patient with this process called life as it takes us through the many growing pains and inevitable shifts in consciousness?
Life is-about death and rebirth. It is about endings and, beginnings. It won't let us cling to the temporal for long. There is an existential imperative that insists, "Grow or die!", and to do that we must be willing to change.
An old year passes as a new one is on the horizon. Relationships end as new ones begin. People die. This is life. Could we claim it all as good? Could we be in a flow of non-resistance? Could we find the blessings in it all?
Our Center is a living organism made out of consciousness that is ever changing. We have growing pains. Sometimes we get sick and need nurturing. To survive as a, healthy expression of Truth unfolding we need care and attention. Our Center is like a garden where each person gets a bloom and grows at their own rate. All of us get to tend the garden. When we are healthy as individuals, the garden is vibrant. When we are ill, that is an opportunity for a change to occur. Whatever the challenge, it is always perfect.
Many new classes and events are coming up for all of us to participate in and share in the love of the One. Tithing is a Spiritual Principle that is based on giving and receiving. Whatever we circulate, that is what we receive. Those who are lovers receive love. How glorious to awaken to Truth and understand that we create our own reality.
It is my Soul's purpose to love and serve the Presence, within and without. They are really both the same. There is no you and me. There is no outside. It is all God. Gosh! Do I sound' like a broken record? Ya'll know that. We are just here to reflect the Love and Light and let God be God in us.
Come and play with us in the garden of love and delight. Be'prepared to change and grow. Like the mulberry tree, you are destined to be a silk gown.
Give of your time and talent and treasure and discover how prosperous you really are. I honor you, respect you....love you. I am you.
Together we are birthing the Christ, The Awakened One.
Namasté,

David
