As we approach our 16th Founder's Day celebration, it gets stronger and clearer as to who and what we are. The Religious Science Center for Conscious Living is more than a building or a community of people. It is an environment where the soul of humanity blossoms into full expression. It is a nurturing place, a spiritual home.
We teach spiritual principles that help us heal our lives and ultimately heal the planet. Science of Mind is a teaching that gives us the tools to take responsibility for our life. It only asks that we LIVE it.
I like to think of our Center as a garden where we grown strong, blossom and bear fruit. Many have come to the garden and discovered that for which they looked was within them all along. Ernest Holmes tells us this from the get go, but admonishes us that "we have to make this discovery for ourselves."
It is so exciting to experience the continuous deepening of this innate self-realization ever revealing Itself to us. It is an ongoing dance with the Beloved and the more we give ourselves to the moment, the more we reap the blessings. We don't make the world go away by knowing Spirit, but rather enter consciously into life with heightened sensitivity and true passion.
As we start our 17th year, I invite you to throw yourself into the fire of love and let it transform you. Learn how to use the Law to create the life for which your soul yearns. It is a challenging world out there. Let us consciously integrate God into every part of it. As Mahatana Ghandi once said, "Be the change you wish to see."
