Genius is made, not born. Human beings are gifted with an almost unlimited potential for learning and creativity. Each of us can uncover our own hidden abilities, sharpen our senses, and liberate our unique intelligence - by following the example of the greatest genius of all time, Leonardo da Vinci.
For seven weeks, beginning in August, we will devote our energies to the exploration of HOW TO THINK LIKE LEONARDO DA VINCI and the dynamic book by Michael J. Gelb. During the week we will have classes to deepen this connection. It makes sense to choose the best "role models" to guide and inspire us toward the realization of our own potential.
In THE BOOK OF GENIUS, the greatest geniuses of all time were ranked after exhaustive research and at the top of the list was Leonardo. Because of this, we feel compelled to study this soul on fire and his methods.
For seven weeks we will explore the da Vincian Principles. If you are interested in thinking for yourself and freeing your mind from limiting habits and preconceptions, you will love this dance with da Vinci. Freud commented on da Vinci, "We respect him by learning from him."
On Sundays we will highlight each of the seven principles (see Sunday topics for August and September) and during the week, in day and night classes, we will review them while doing exercises to apply each principle to our lives.
SCIENCE OF MIND classes also resume this fall. These are accredited classes that ultimately lead to a ministerial degree. This is a great time to get serious about learning how to use the principles we teach in Religious Science. It is also the way to transform your life from the inside out.
Our life is a beautiful opportunity to embrace the moment and recreate us anew through the power of our own consciousness. Not only do we envision awakening humanity to its divinity, we want to give you the tools to achieve the life abundant.
The best part about all of this is that we get to inter-spirit with each other. When we get together in spiritual community, we feel the resonance of like-minded souls unfolding into their greatness and we can't help but catch the spirit. Don't be a wallflower any more watching others dance. Step out into the light and discover your own genius.
