About Us
The Center for Conscious Living, Huntsville Church of Religious Science, is a non-profit, non-sectarian incorporated organization. It exists solely to teach and promote a healthier, happier and more prosperous approach to living, based on a recognition of the oneness of all things and an understanding of spiritual law.
Teaching the Science of Mind, we offer spiritual principles that can be integrated into our lives and used for greater growth, love and harmony. We see it as an open-ended teaching of the thread of Truth running through all religions. We seek to grow continually in our awareness of Truth and we honor each person's right to find Truth along an individual path.
Through our classes and activities, we seek to build an active and involved spiritual community open to all people. Because a church is comprised of people, we strive to be responsive to the spiritual and human needs of our members and friends. Our goal is self-realization for all.
Membership in the Center is a very personal commitment based on the desire to be more and to live more fully. It states, ¨I believe in this teaching and support it, and want to identified with it.¨
Our Center is a church and spiritual fellowship and is not subsidized or sponsored in any way. It is supported solely by the members and friends who participate in services, classes and activities. The growth and business of the Center are under the direction of a Board of Trustees, which is elected by the membership.
In everything we do, our guidelines are Universal Law and Infinite Love.
